J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Workday en déc. 2017
Entretien
Phone screening with recruiter, phone interview with hiring manager, then on site interviews. Recruiter was great, but hiring manager was an idiot. The overall feeling I had was that Workday had grown too fast and did not have a strong management team in the area that I was interviewing for. Too many red flags.

Question 1
What was your budget line for x at your last company?
Fairly straight forward process as this is the initial stage to get to know each other and understanding the role, the expectations and the salary range. I guess this is screening processs only.

Multiple rounds with stakeholders and leads of adjacent/partner teams. Mix of culture fit and aptitude based questions. Consensus driven hiring. Generally friendly and informal and not intimidating. Important to highlight experiences and achievements in a wider context.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Workday en mars 2024

Just a couple of rounds unlike other companies. Recruiter, HM, Panel discussion. Mostly behavioral questions. Asked me to create a presentation for a discussion with the panel. Ample opportunity to ask questions. Great vibe during the interviews.
Thank you for sharing your feedback and congratulations on your new role! We’re excited you chose to join Workday and are thrilled to have you as a Workmate!
