The interview process was long and took about 2 1/2 months. Multiple phone calls and in person interviews. Personality is key. Be prepared for presentation. It's more of a culture fit than a what do you know process.

Had an initial phone screen, seemed to go well, recruiter was nice, we discussed the role and my experience. Mentioned that I’d potentially be a good fit and spoke on next steps, meeting with the hiring manager, salary expectations etc…then nothing, never heard back, emailed the recruiter/linkedin messaged, no application rejection just radio silence - completely baffled, and disappointed.
