I interviewed with Workday on November 2018. I had 2 phone screens. First one was technical with a leetcode easy question, next was a behavioral. They gave me an option for a traditional algorithms question or a standard data science question. Behavioral was mostly me explaining my projects and standard questions like "where do you see yourself in the future"
