I applied through college or university. Was scheduled for an interview on my college campus, but was told in the last minute to reschedule for the following week and to have a phone screen instead. The following week I had a phone interview with the person I talked to at the career fair. I was told that I would be contacted within 2 or 3 weeks about whether we would go forward or not and that if I didn't hear anything to contact them. I received no such notification, I contacted them and they did not reply. About two months later they came back to my campus for an info session and I talked to the recruiters about my application. They said they would get the situation sorted out, but nothing happened.
