I was interviewed for Dublin office in Jan 2022.
First interview was with the hiring manager, went really well and next day i got an email from the Talent team about scheduling for 2nd round that included 3, 30 minutes interviews.
1st interview in 2nd round assessed QUALITY
2nd interview assessed LEARNING AGILITY ( Think about how you keep yourself up to date, think about projects that might have went wrong and what did your learn and how did you apply the learnings after that)
3rd one assessed VIBE
All the above interviews were scheduled within 3 weeks time. hardly any technical asked. All mainly behavioural and questions about the company.
All the rounds went well and then i got an email for the last round ( 5th interview) with the QA Director who was from US.
This interview was scheduled in Feb 1st week. I was told that i will get a quick feedback but to my bad luck i am till now waiting for their feedback.
I have been following up with them, till mid march i was getting reply from the recruitment team that the panel is yet to make decision, (they kept on giving some or the other excuses and postponing the decision ) this happened till mid march and then suddenly they stopped responding to my emails.
When i checked the status of my Job applied it stated as JOB APPLICATION CLOSED.
I was so excited about workday in the beginning but now highly disappointed with the kind of recruitment process they have, They work on their values, Employee come first, VIBE...etc what about the candidates who spend so much time and efforts for the interviews..do you have some respect for them????..after spending 3 months this is what i get.
I request, someone who has applied for any job in workday just don't waste your time.

First Phone call - HR was about more than 10 minutes late. No interest in person or in my experience. Asking few questions. Camera was off - it was very weird.

Had initial call with recruiter and 30 minutes discussion with manager clarifying my experience in .net and they are looking at java background. Still went ahead with technical interview with engineer and after that the feed back was given saying they are looking for someone to start working on day 1 . So basically even after clarifying my tech stack background why waste my time with the process , no idea

Straightforward interview process - two rounds. First round 45 min zoom interview with hiring manager. Second round 2 hour face to face interview with different team members in Dublin office.
