I applied online and received an email that I would be moving on to an interview with the hiring manager about a week later. I immediately responded but had to follow up with the HR contact a couple days later again to recieve a response. When teh interview was set up i received guidance on whta to know and expect, which was very helpful. The interview turned out to be not aligned with the guidance at all however. I had to present my portfolio after which the interview time was up before I could find out more about the role and before i could ask any questions. The interviewer seemed impressed with my portfolio and said he would set up another session to continue the interview. After I did not hear anything i followeed up twice with teh HR contact. It turned out they were ghosting me and only after I followed up again, I got a message back that I would no longer be considered for the role. Very odd behavior, unexpected and quite frankly rude.

The interview involved an arranged 1 hour online zoom call which was arranged by Workday in-house recruiters. This was to be the first stage of the interview and decision process.
