A very fast and efficient 3-step process: I first got contacted by the recruiter initially, who was absolutely incredible throughout the entire hiring process. She is probably the best recruiter out there, as I have never worked with any recruiter like her before. She was transparent about everything, friendly, and empathetic about your vulnerability of finding the right opportunity that best fits your requirements in finding a job and personality. The 2nd interview was with the hiring manager, then 3rd interview was with 2 leaders and a team member I would be working closely with. All interviewers were all very kind, patient, friendly, and really spoke and showed me that WD had a great culture and is a great place to work.
