Back when I was interviewing, they asked their candidates the same UML questions, it was my mistake not to have taken this literally and study the questions my peers were given more thoroughly. It was my first 4-5 hour onsite interview, so I was pretty exhausted at the very end, one moment I clearly remember is the interviewers giggling behind my back as I struggled to complete a problem on the whiteboard - not very professional. Overall it it a blessing that I do not need to spend a hour commuting to their HQ or develop software their non-traditional way, which would be useless outside the company.
