The interview process was actually quite good. Everybody from the telephonic round to the final interview with the senior manager were courteous, amicable, transparent & friendly. I was at ease through out the whole process. It began we me applying on an online job portal, then I received a telephone call from the HR & scheduled an interview after the preliminary questioning. The first round in the interview was an online aptitude test, after that an interview with one of the experienced members on the Ad Ops team & post that an interview with the Senior Manager. I felt welcomed & comfortable with the whole process.
