I applied through their website and received an email from Katie (she's located in Arizona) a week later about setting up an phone interview. She gave me a few date options on the best times I can be reached. I set up an interview for Friday, December 14 at 10:15AM however, at 11:20am, when I still didn't receive a phone call, I emailed Katie telling her to reschedule me again since no one called. She apologized and said the person who was supposed to interview me was out that day due to a "stomach virus". So she rescheduled me for the next week.
Someone different finally called me at the time I was rescheduled and I know I read reviews about the phone interview lasting about 15 minutes, however, I'm not very good at interviews because my phone interview only lasted 8 minutes. She asked me the questions that Katie suggested to research about from her email and even made notes in regards to answering them correctly. However, like I said, I'm not very good at interviews and I felt whenever I answered a question, the interviewer had more to add on to my answers and I'm left feeling "man, I should have said more". And there was a time where she repeated the same question over and over because she felt I didn't elaborate or answer it to her liking. At the end of the end of the interview, she gave me the ring-around routine about "don't call us, we'll call you" and I know based on reading other reviews on Glassdoor that if they like you, they will ask you to come in for an office interview right after the phone interview. Needless to say, I did not get that.
So if you're good at interviewing, you should have no problem.
