It started with a phone interview that only lasted 10 minutes, it was pretty easy. The manager asked me about my current role, why I wanted to get into sales, and why Yelp. Then I had a skype interview with 3 managers, there were typical questions like Talk about an experience where you failed and how you got through it. But then they each asked me role play questions where they were a business owner and I was a Yelp salesperson. They definitely just wanted to see if you could incorporate feedback.
