Entretien
There were several rounds of interviews. 4 in total. The phone screen was fairly basic and straight forward. I then proceeded to meet with 4 of the people on the HR team. Everyone was very nice and presented unique perspectives on the company. I also met with the head of engineering. The head of HR had just moved over from the business so they wanted to ensure that this role could support and communicate the importance of the practice.
