Applied and received an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone screen. Was interviewed by a different recruiter for 30 mins (via phone). The tone of the interviewer was very fake and robotic (extremely fake enthusiasm). She responded to everything I said with "okay perfect" then a couple of days later I was rejected via email.

I spoke with a manager at yelp, they were very helpful and we did a role-play which she gave a bit of feedback but overall I did well. she let me know what expectations are for the role as well as pay

Entretien
30 minute call with a recruiter (do your research about the company/they send you a list of things they will ask in an email) and a 45 min call with a hiring manager. The hiring manager spent most of the time talking about the negative things about the position and was not engaged in conversation.
