I applied for the Decision Analytics Associate (DAA) role at ZS in February and the process formally began in month of May. The first round was a cognitive assessment on Mettl platform the test invitation was sent in evening with a tight deadline leaving little time to prepare the same situation occured for the case study round which also had very tight deadline. After clearing both the rounds, I was invited for the case study interview. The interviewer primarily asked about how i approached the case study and problem solving. However towards the end , the interviewer appeared visibly disengaged and was yawning, which made the experience feel dismissive and unprofessional. Now it has been more than two weeks since the interview, and despite following up with HR, I haven't received any update. While i understand and respect that every company has its process, timely communication and professional conduct should be standard. Based on my interview process I would also like to note that if you have a B.Sc or M.Sc degree it might be worth reconsidering as ZS seems to prioritize engineering graduates from any discipline.
