Entretien
I applied online through SEEK as well as their website. Got an email back 10 minutes later to attend a group interview.
Arrived and there were about 11 other people. They start off by introducing themselves then playing a powerpoint about the inditex group.
1st activity was to pair up and introduce each other. Listen carefully to the other person.
2nd activity was a role play of a common retail situation. Take charge and stand out.
3rd activity was you had to read out a question and answer infront of the group. Only thing is - you cant read the question until it's your turn.
Lastly they ask for questions. Be prepared and ask smart questions.
Took an hour all up. Easy and very fun.
Online application then a brief phone call followed by a group interview which mainly consisted for role playing. Then a one on one interview with head office rep and the store manager

Rapid fire questions concerning various retail scenarios. These were all very quick and you’re expected to think of a good answer ver quickly.

Entretien
Started with a phone interview reviewing my experiences, why Zara and what I hope to gain from it. Invited to a group Interview with 6 people including myself. Very interaction based and focused on how you work in a group. Group activates consisting of: talking to the person next to you and using information you've gathered about them to then use to sell them, scenarios given to act out in a group. Questions asked about experience in previous roles, mainly focusing on customer service and how you handle situations.
The main thing I figured you should do is to stand out and make sure you're not quiet. Make sure you add your inputs and be bright and friendly.

Entretien
After filling in several pages of papers with personal information we were all taken into a room and we were asked to style a look working in smaller groups and trying to sell it to the rest of the crowd. We also had to answer individual questions about the company.
