After only application, they will invite you to a group interview (also an individual interview). There are 2 parts, the first part is a short video about Inditex history and everything, the second part is 1-1 interview with questions based on your CV.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.
