Watched a presentation on the company as a whole, group role play activity, photo activity, talk about self and former work experience.
I was called back for a second interview which was one on one with the HR manager for the Pitt Street. I was basically asked which position I think would be best suited to me eg operations or cashier and explained each role.
I had a group interview. They just ask generally used questions in an interview( weakness and strength). I got hired on the spot, but this may not be the case most of the time,

Very easy going, I applied through seek and was given an email in response. I was put in an interview with 3 other people and 2/3 received the offer. They asked about previous work experience and availability for work.

It was a new store opening, they needed a large amount of employees and needed them fast. They did group interviews throughout the day. They would ask questions to the group and people who wanted to answer the question would raise their hand and reply.
