Neutral because I had this interview before. The asked a lot about your last job. Make sure you tell in details all previous experience. Sometimes it can be tricky because you don’t want to over explain.
It was very casual, they took me into the back and asked me questions. I felt very comfortable and it was a smooth process. I would totally recommend interviewing with them

Interview process is fair and smooth. Applied online, resume shortlist and then group video interview. 8-9 candidates in group and HR from Australia will take interview rounds . Interview questions were about basic real life incidents
