it was an open house group interview. very easy questions, no need to prepare. 15 people in one group. only two questions asked. seems they need a lot of people very urgently.
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
