It was a group interview, luckily mine had less people so it wasn't too stressful. We had to get to know the people around us and introduce them to the rest of the group, then we had to pick an outfit for our partner, describe why we chose the outfit for them. Interviewer then went over Zara's company values, and then asked as a group for us to rank the top 5 important ones and explain why. Afterwards, we had extremely short one on one interviews.

What do you think would be the biggest challenge for you at this job?
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.

Group interview in their office in oxford street, just had to complete tasks together. Did a presentation and problem solving. Heard back from them in a week that I had got the offer.
