Very nice process where you meet multiple people from different departments. Multi-Stage interview with Recruiter Calls and technical assessments. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Overall recruitment process was just over 2 weeks, from initial calls to the final stage.

The interview process is quite different (in a positive way!) from the box standard pipeline most companies put candidates through. It focuses on the people aspect and if there is a fit with experience, character, and technical abilities. There are several rounds each with its focus on the areas mentioned. The main highlight that puts Zencargo's interview process apart is on how it values you as a person, how you want to grow professionally and grow with the company in the long run. You get to be interviewed with reps from different parts of the business which gives a fuller view on company culture fit. This shows lots in terms of how tightly coupled each area of the business is and a good sign of great communication flow within a company. Overall, I found the process to be very refreshing and probably one of the best in my experience. A+
