Two thirty minute interviews back to back. Interviews took place on Zoom. The two gentlemen I interviewed seemed very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It’s been almost two weeks but I still have not heard anything back.

The combination of technology and amazing people at Zillow made this an incredible interview process. My recruiter Kelly organized the entire process perfectly through her emails and calls. The ease of the process continued with Rob and Justin on our zoom calls. All three displayed professionalism and happiness during the interview process, which made me feel comfortable and let me know how fantastic working for the company must be.

With many topics discussed, Customer service was covered in a variety of questions. Describing the importance of Customer Service was the type of question that I was glad to be asked. Knowing that Zillow places customer service at the top of the list lets me know I'm interviewing with the right company.

I can say with full confidence that my interviews with Zillow were the most positive I've ever had the honor of being a part of! Each step was clear and guided. Often, the questions I'd had written down beforehand were answered with thought and depth.
