The overall interview process with Adidas was very good, like most large companies they do not move especially fast. I applied initially for the role in May of 2012 through LinkedIn. I spoke with a really great recruiter and was referred to the hiring manager. After a phone conversation with the hiring manager I spoke with approximately 9 different people in person and on the phone in Oregon, Boston and Germany. All were very nice people that seemed to like what they were doing for a living.
