The interview was very detailed. However, I was initially recommended to the recruter, she was very tough in getting personalized details about previous experience, background, skills and attitudes. Also I would mention VERY POSITIVE impression, that the recruiter knew what to ask, couse usually HR people do not know much about the pallets ). That gives credibility to the company.
