very well planned out. provided me with a lot on the company and what i needed to know. made eye contact,seemed very focused and enthusiastic. Also made me feel like a part of the team already and very welcomed.

what would i consider as one of my weaknesses in retail.
I Went through two interviews once I was hired, I had to do a background check. And then I had to wait to get into the system. The process took 2/3 weeks.

The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
