It lasted three months.
Intro Call (40 mins): The first call was just a basic "fit check" with minimal insights into the actual role or expectations.
Personality and Abstract Reasoning Test (60 mins)
Skills Assessment Test (2-3 hours)
Team Lead Interview (45 mins)
Get Sh*t Done Day (GSDD): The final stage was an absolute disaster. I was given a challenge in a PDF format without any clear instructions or guidance. I was told I would have access to the system and data to complete the task and could reach out to the team for support, but when I tried, no one responded properly. The system didn’t even work for me—I couldn’t log in and spent hours trying to figure things out on my own. I barely had 3-4 hours to complete the huge task, which included identifying a problem, proposing a solution, and creating a milestone plan.
To make matters worse, I was working on the wrong challenge the entire time because no one clarified what I needed to do. I worked through the entire day under extreme stress, didn’t have time to even take a break or drink water, and created a whole presentation with the data I could gather. In between everything, I was asked to set up 4-5 different meetings with different people by checking their availability.
It was a completely demoralizing and unprofessional experience. The lack of support, guidance, and proper communication made it feel like the entire process was designed to set me up for failure. I felt relieved when I was rejected because frankly, I couldn’t imagine working in an environment like that.
It was stressful, unorganized, and utterly disappointing. If this is a reflection of the company's culture, I’m glad I wasn’t selected. It feels like a toxic work environment, and I would not recommend anyone. Stay away.
