I applied in Aug 24 for the post of Engineering manager but no response from company till January 25. HR contacted on 8th Jan and discussed about opening. I asked to send updated JD but he forgot. Again contacted me on 20th Jan and sent JD. First round of interview was scheduled for 27th Jan but interviewer did not joined. Then interview was rescheduled for 4th Feb but HR forgot to send invite. Finally it is rescheduled for 11th Feb and Engineering Manager took the interview. On 12th received email stating I am not selected for further round. Overall it took 5 months to schedule 1st interview and decide.
