Director of vertical directly responded to application followed by 3 interviews and take home task.
New people joined each consecutive round and asked the same set of questions repeatedly. Second round was a panel of 4 managers for a temporary contract job.
Overall interview process is highly unorganized and clumsy.

Four interviews stretched out over multiple months. First a preliminary call, then a solo interview, followed by a panel interview and final call with head of department. Long pause in hiring process.

Had several interviews with different managers for different positions, but none of them got back to me. HR kept calling me about potential matches, but failed to keep me updated.

Entretien
three rounds of interviews, first round with recruiter, second round with hiring manager, and final round with a panel of peers and future stakeholders. The whole process was done over about a 2 week period, and the interviews themselves accumulated to about 2.5 hours of time commitment outside of any preparation.
