Supervisor shouting at existing driver whilst waiting for interview totally put me off. The guys van had broken down so he couldn’t get his work done and was expected to do two days work in one day. Supervisor spoke to driver like he was trash. I believe everyone should be treated with respect no matter their job title. Really bad first impression.
