ABL is uniquely positioned to perform standalone live virus fill finish services using a Watson Marlow Flexicon FPC 50W Single Beam Filler. Filler is stored in a Grade A RABS located in a Grade B Room. We have active and passive viable monitoring, continuous non-viable particulate monitoring, and personnel monitoring—all employed during filling operations. And operators are required to pass gowning qualification and qualify through semi-annual media fill simulations. ABL maintains a robust in-house analytical QC lab where standalone or post filling services are performed.
