Last month our Citco community took part in a ‘Go With Your Gut’ plant diversity challenge - the aim of the game was to eat 30 different plant foods each week in May in celebration of World Digestive Health Day. We even had the chance to chat to Dr Megan Rossi who taught us that increasing our plant diversity is one of the most simple but effective changes we can make to eat for a healthy gut and a healthy planet. Citco’s very own Stephen Cannegieter from our Curacao office was part of the plant challenge community, sharing his enthusiasm and plenty of tasty food photos along the way: "This was a very fun challenge, my colleagues and I kept us all motivated by exchanging fruits, meals and ideas.
