We also organize an annual Hackathon across all offices, and winning projects get included into the Contentsquare roadmap, meaning every single person on the team has the opportunity to influence the product, too. There are five values we care deeply about — ambition, uniqueness, creativity, team spirit, enthusiasm — and we have an ongoing system to recognize team members' contributions to these values. We also encourage team members to tie their quarterly objectives back to these values and we recognize standout projects throughout the year and at our annual kickoff.
