Our foundation is now launching a call for international projects to fund and support 2 to 3 new projects that will contribute to the fight against climate change, with a focus on vulnerable populations. 📣🏅 The Team up for Climate challenge announces its 4 finalist teams! Congratulations 🙌 to the 16 teams who competed in the final phase of the challenge, with the 5-week support of the Egis mentors and Impulse Partners, to whom we say thank you! Before the jury, the students presented top-quality projects, explaining their feasibility and impact. Check out the names of the 4 winning teams whose proposals for local adaptation to climate change impressed the jury: - Poseidon: Local eco-friendly material and flood resilient house project in India (Dhemaji region) - Eco-Megablock: Alternative urban planning methodology in Hong Kong to combat heat pockets and improve urban comfort - Impact Seekers: design of a forest fire prevention system in Portugal - La Petite Equipe: a project aimed at setting up an oyster farming cooperative in Senegal (Joal-Fadiouth) to combat coastal erosion. It's all starting for them! Their projects will now incubate with the support of the Egis Foundation and mentors until the award ceremony during the Earth University 🌍🎓 at UNESCO where our 4 winners will

Egis has been present in #Ukraine for more than 25 years and has more than 170 employees based in several cities throughout the country. Their safety and that of their families is our absolute priority. Because our values, a human and responsible company, are more relevant than ever, our teams in #Poland and #Romania immediately mobilized to welcome the refugee employees and their families. Logistical and administrative support is provided to help them through these difficult times. Thanks to James Hanson Cezary Saganowski and their team.
