Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're sorry to hear that your experience was not as you would have hoped. There are many reasons why turnover can change over time. We monitor our turnover regularly and, when reviewing the results of our exit surveys and any other exit data that is available to us, we look for particular trends or themes that can help us better address any particular challenges our employees may be facing.
We also encourage a culture of feedback at Dataiku, and of openness, and we would always encourage Dataikers with specific feedback to speak confidentially with their People Business Partner so that we can better understand their concerns and any potential remedies we can offer. Equally, we encourage people to use feedback channels such as our engagement survey to let us know of particular areas of concern so that we can address them in a timely manner.
