Inconvénients
Some prioritization conflicts between teams, projects or organizations, between delivery speed, quality processes and available resources. Considerable employee turnover. High effort for promotion and "extra" responsibilities or expectations for entering higher levels. Excessive AI hyping. Lack of remote opportunities after return to office policy updates. Job interview does not represent well the daily work.
