      none, they demand impossible metrics and keep changing the criteria, also pressure

      Inconvénients

      They denied doctor vistis and tried to strong-arm me into re-signing a different contract as the first one didn't allow for them to force me to commute for this REMOTE position, upon refusal of reviewing the contract, I got threatened into quitting

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
