      Micromanagement Robot like metrics Seriously you gotta watch 1000 videos a day a 2 minutes video must be answered in 25 seconds The constant eye and mental staring is not worth it. Managers suck. Everything is tracked Gotta say in the tool 7 hours a day Again accuracy must be al 99 percent YOU CANNOT FAIL VIDEOS O MAKE MISTAKES. You cannot feel secure working on this position, job security is nearly 0.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
