      Bad in Career growth. It takes 6-7 years to move to next level. Lots of reorgs which are not in our control.

      Inconvénients

      Even though I had a bachelor's, I was never considered for management position. Hopefully you live nearby or tolls across the bridge will kill your income.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
