      Great mentoring and leadership. Host a lot of events to show appreciation for the team. Recognizes and celebrates a lot of cultures Great job to learn logistics and how it operates Pays well

      Inconvénients

      If working at a sort center, their arent any full-time shifts. There are only 3-5 hour shifts, meaning you would have to work 2 shifts to get close to your 40 hours as an associate

      Inconvénients

      Even though I had a bachelor's, I was never considered for management position. Hopefully you live nearby or tolls across the bridge will kill your income.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
