      Amazon is not like what it was 8 years back. Amazon India or globallyd is becoming like a BPO. All OGs are leaving or are made to leave. Politics, fake work and toxic work culture. We are witnessing the fall of the Roman empire.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
