      Avantages

      There's a lot to learn. Right now in 2026, after all the layoffs, the AI push has been very hard here at Amazon. So there are a lot of resources to use AI you wouldn't traditionally be able to use on your own.

      Inconvénients

      Extremely high workloads, very tight deadlines, the classic overworked and underpaid. Job security is questionable. Growth is abysmal.

      Inconvénients

      Even though I had a bachelor's, I was never considered for management position. Hopefully you live nearby or tolls across the bridge will kill your income.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
