      1. While Amazon tries to defy the hierachial struture, middle managers perform a lot of politics 2. Inspit Amazon being high profit companies, your hike is based on your teams cost allocation and your managers review

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
