      Inconvénients

      You either adapt with their culture or deal with the constant reminder that you are not one of them. Very hard to get a promotion unless you play the game.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
