      Lots of responsibility and a lot of helpful colleagues. Never boring.

      Inconvénients

      1. No real manager training, development or an idea by leadership of a talent pipeline. 2. Work experience outside Amazon is ignored, only Amazon tenure matters. 3. Level of support and requirements that you need to meet to get promoted are arbitrary, they vary from manager to manager and year over year.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
