      -The worst management -No meritocracy, the management upgrades their levels and salaries with no valid reason -No HR support: if you have a problem they will just repeat some amaerican slogan like robots and will not provide any solution -No control over the management

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
