Avantages
1. Decent salary but not the market leader 2. Timely salary 3. Operational jobs don't require a high level of intellect.
Inconvénients
1. High attrition rate 2. The only way to survive smoothly is to be involved in office politics 3. No respect for personal time, they expect you to be involved in work throughout the week 4. Unrealistic target with no regard for the general workforce 5. Amazon is so data-driven that they don't consider human limitations like fatigue and all the rumours you heard about Amazon regarding bad culture are true. 6. Cost cutting is evident everywhere, the canteen is pathetic.
