Avantages
Atmosphere and culture is very good at Capgemini compared to other consultants Within my first year I was trusted and given the opportunity to lead and perform at a higher grade whilst allowed me to prove myself and led to a promotion. This can be very difficult in large Consultancy firms, so it is a big Pro. Capgemini has a strong presence in various sectors which helps build your portfolio.
Inconvénients
At times you can be fixed onto a contract which is more of a BAU role rather than pure consulting without much flexibility to move.
