      Avantages

      Des collègues brillants, impliqués, avec une forte culture du changement. Un management énergique et rationnel. Un cadre de travail unique avec des bureaux très agréables

      Inconvénients

      L'équilibre vie privée / vie professionnelle n'est pas toujours au rendez-vous. C'est la rançon d'une forte implication des équipes, et d'une entreprise qui change et évolue en permanence.

      Taking away perks that we have had for a long time. Eventually reach your cap as an IC.

      Avantages

      People I worked with and the culture was great, work life balance was fantastic.

      Inconvénients

      Every year now it layoffs, makes one want to ask a question. Perhaps Criteo needs a better CFO to manage the companies finances. Being every year Criteo is laying people off, yet CFO still remains. Perhaps Criteo needs to look at those who are staying a bit closer.
