      Avantages

      The company provides a supportive work culture with plenty of opportunities to learn new skills. Team members are collaborative, and leadership is generally approachable. Work-life balance is manageable, and challenging projects help you grow technically and professionally.

      Inconvénients

      Some processes can feel slow due to multiple approval layers. Communication between teams sometimes lacks clarity, and project timelines can become tight. There is room for improvement in resource planning and reducing repetitive administrative tasks.

      Avantages

      Fantastic work culture, great work life balance. People are genuinely excited about what they are working on and the projects are cutting edge. Unlimited tokens (for now at least). Flexible hybrid policy, and easy to take PTO. Leadership is very forward thinking, for a large company there's a lot of sense that employees matter. No layoffs in almost 20 years. Food is pretty good and subsidized. Great benefits, and competitive compensation especially for hardware roles.

      Inconvénients

      Only minor gripes - currently no gym, and the parking is very limited at HQ. This is being addressed, but won't be completed until 2028. Company has been growing faster than the offices, so there aren't enough desks for everyone. Slightly inconvenient when you can't get a temp desk where you need, but most of the time it's no problem.
