      Avantages

      1. Best opportunities to work on most important things in the world 2. Very good office benefits 3. Very talented colleagues to learn from 4. Varied opportunities available

      Inconvénients

      1. Very high workload 2. Few managers are very toxic. They even don't allow to speak during 1:1. It is only preaching time. 3. Openly challenge to work on weekends or will say it will impact focal 4. All problems are highlighted as teams problem and make people feel bad. Including the pulse survey results.

      Avantages

      Fantastic work culture, great work life balance. People are genuinely excited about what they are working on and the projects are cutting edge. Unlimited tokens (for now at least). Flexible hybrid policy, and easy to take PTO. Leadership is very forward thinking, for a large company there's a lot of sense that employees matter. No layoffs in almost 20 years. Food is pretty good and subsidized. Great benefits, and competitive compensation especially for hardware roles.

      Inconvénients

      Only minor gripes - currently no gym, and the parking is very limited at HQ. This is being addressed, but won't be completed until 2028. Company has been growing faster than the offices, so there aren't enough desks for everyone. Slightly inconvenient when you can't get a temp desk where you need, but most of the time it's no problem.
